AMEMR 2027
Location
The conference is held in Britain's ocean city of Plymouth, and site of the UK’s first National Marine Park.
Plymouth has a superb natural harbour with spectacular views from Plymouth Hoe, where you can enjoy a visit to Smeaton's Tower. A walk along Plymouth's waterfront walkway allows you to explore the history and magnificent setting of the maritime city. There are numerous activities to do in the area: if you fancy entering the water there is sea swimming or paddleboarding, explore the coastline along the South West Coast Path through catching a river ferry to Mount Batten or Mount Edgecumbe, or for the more adventurous you could rent a bike, and cycle up Drake's Trail to visit the open moorland of Dartmoor National Park.
For more information please visit the Visit Plymouth website.
