Please note: You are welcome to submit more than one abstract but please submit each one individually.

The official language of the conference is English, all abstracts should be submitted in English. The presentations/posters will also be in English.

Virtual Presentation Format

We welcome submissions of either oral or poster style presentations.

Oral presentations will be in plenary with a time slot of 15 minutes (tbc) to include a couple of minutes for questions. Talks will be live streamed.

Poster style presentations will have a traditional A0 poster board and the option to give a flash presentation (1 minute, 1 slide) in plenary. Posters will be on display throughout the conference in the same space as lunch and refreshments. There will be a poster reception on the Tuesday evening.

TBC Large screens will be available in the poster/refreshment space to allow delegates to display additional aspects of their work (for example animations associated with posters, additional material from oral presentations).

TBC We are exploring to see if all contributions can have an on-line presence to aid interactions, are some kind of networking app.
