Abstract Submission

There are four main themes, click here for details.  Abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentation.

We welcome submissions of either oral or poster style presentations.

Submit an Abstract

General Information

The official language of the conference is English, all abstracts should be submitted in English. The presentations/posters will also be in English.

All abstracts should be submitted online and prepared in advance and submitted as guided by Abstract Submission system.
  • Total length of abstract should not exceed 350 words.
  • You can upload one supporting image (optional).
Abstracts must be submitted by 15 December 2023 and will be accepted for consideration only if written in accordance with the text formatting described.

Note: you are welcome to submit multiple abstracts but each should be submitted individually.

Presentation Formats

Proposers are asked to choose a presentation format from the list below. The final decision regarding the presentation format of each proposal will be made by the Scientific Steering Committee, authors will be informed at the beginning of March 2024.
  • Oral presentations: Oral presentations will be given a 15min slot. Preference will be given to proposals based on original work and/or descriptions related to the session theme.
    ​Please note: Talks will be live streamed.
  • Poster presentation: Posters reporting novel or existing work will be exhibited in the conference hall throughout the week.  A poster reception will be held on the evening of the 9th July. Poster presenters will be asked to provide one cover slide including a photo, name, title and affiliation. These will be shown on screens throughout the conference to promote your poster. ​
    All posters will be in-person.
  • Virtual presentations: To support individuals who cannot travel we will allocate a few virtual speaking slots. When submitting your abstract, you can request a virtual presentation slot, which will be evaluated based on its scientific merit. Please be aware that these virtual slots are extremely limited and intended only for those who cannot participate in person.
Registration will open 1st November 2023 along with details of how to book local accommodation.
