Abstract Submission

General Information

The official language of the conference is English, all abstracts should be submitted in English. The presentations/posters will also be in English.

All abstracts should be submitted online through the abstract submission system.
  • Total length of abstract should not exceed 350 words.
  • You can upload one supporting image (optional).

​Abstracts must be submitted by 18th December 2026 and will be accepted for consideration only if written in accordance with the text formatting described.

Note: you are welcome to submit multiple abstracts but each should be submitted individually.

Presentation Formats

Proposers are asked to choose a presentation format from the list below. The final decision regarding the presentation format of each proposal will be made by the Scientific Steering Committee, authors will be informed at the beginning of March 2027.
  • Oral presentations: Oral presentations will be given a 15min slot. Preference will be given to proposals based on original work and/or descriptions related to the session theme.
  • Poster presentation: Posters reporting novel or existing work will be exhibited in the conference hall throughout the week.  A poster reception will be held on the evening of the 6th July. Poster presenters will have the opportunity to promote their poster through a one-slide flash presentation.
  • Discussion posters (new for 2027): Discussion posters will present a scientific question in a provocative manner to encourage discussion and debate among attendees. Discussion posters will be displayed alongside other posters, with attendees engaging with the authors directly and using post-it notes. We may run a specific session in the conference programme to allow further discussion and plenary feedback.
